Zirinsky AIA, NCARB, Partner:
Practicing architect since 1987. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Zirinsky spent his early career at Perkins and WIll, James D’Auria, and Kim Wang Associates prior to becoming a partner at Meier & Zirinsky. His projects have varied in scope and size over the years, ranging from kitchen renovations to 20,000 SF warehouses, new office buildings, apartment house entrances, a new YMCA, and apartment combinations to penthouse additions.
Honors:
Chairperson of the American Institute of Architects, New York Chapter, Building Code Committee, in 1997 and 2000. Vice President 1996 and 2003, Co-chairperson 2006 to present.
Activities:
President, Board of Directors, 104 unit apartment house in NYC, 1999-2002.
Member, Board of Directors, 80 unit apartment house in NYC, 1984-8, 1994-2003.
Member, Board of Directors, West 104th Street Block Association, 2003-present.
